We are looking for an e-Invoicing Implementation Project Manager to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

e-Invoicing implementation project manager is to contribute to the expansion of the biggest e-invoicing ecosystem in Greece. You will be managing the onboarding process of various accounts. You will be specialized in the rapidly growing ecosystem of MyData and e-books and guide our customers on the path to digital transformation.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Managing both small and large-scale e-Invoicing projects
• Supporting the customer to understand the requirement of my data, guiding them in the technical implementation, testing, and roll out to production.
• Ensuring projects stay within timescales.
• Structuring projects and devising processes that ensure efficiency.
• Ability to communicate in English and manage technical communication with various implementors.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• 2-3 years of proven experience in project management
• Advanced of business logic and financial KPIs
• Experience in scrum or other agile software development methodology
• Understanding of Invoice business rules
• Having experience in integrations with ERPS
• Advanced communication skills
• Advanced organizational skills
• Understanding of JSON format and web communication.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science or a relevant field
• Having communication and support experience
• Ability to meet deadlines
