Clinical Program Manager STEMI/Cardiac Services - ADMINISTRATION

The Cardiovascular Program Manager reports to the Administrative Director, and is accountable for the management, leadership, and planning of the clinical and operational activities of cardiac services program in accordance with Providence Saint John's mission, values and program strategic plan.  The Program Manager will work to create an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice."  The Program Manager works closely with department managers, directors, and physicians and oversees the daily program and program development, ie STEMI, HF.  They are responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory standards for STEMI program certification and other regulatory performance requirements for the STEMI Program.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Five years: Disease specific program leadership, including planning and coordination of cardiovascular programs to meet program and regulatory Guidelines.
• One year: Powerpoint, Excel and Microsoft Word
• One year: Track record in development, planning, implementation of facility initiatives and programs.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
