Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.</p><p><br/><b>Partner with the best</b></p><p>In this role, you will  l<span>ead trip reduction projects for specific Customer Service Agreement (CSA) customers or equipment fleet, you will analyze the reliability behavior of equipment and its accessories to enhance its performances and the product line overall.</span></p><p></p><p><span>You will p</span>rovide technical leadership for the assigned project team, guiding personnel in line with project requirements, analyzing technical data generated by the project and ensuring adherence to engineering policies and procedures.</p><p><span>You will c</span><span>onduct in-depth analysis of event data related to the project to identify </span><span>technical issues and support troubleshooting on site to define the recovery strategy;</span><span> when needed you will coordinate multifunctional teams to deliver root cause failure analyses (RCA) and discuss its outcomes with end customers and internal stakeholders, following up with implementation and delivering structured feedback to Product Design teams for continuous product improvement.</span><br/> </p><p><b>In this role, you’ll be responsible for:</b></p><ul><li>Providing technical leadership for the assigned project team, guiding personnel in line with project requirements.</li><li>Analyzing technical data generated by the project, ensuring adherence to engineering policies and procedures.</li><li>Conducting in-depth analysis of event data related to the project to identify the root cause of unavailability.</li><li>Ensuring timely communication of significant issues or developments to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Actively participating as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews, contributing valuable insights.</li><li>Collecting field data to support New Product Development (NPI) through similarity analysis.</li><li>Conducting risk prioritization at the machine, subsystem, and component levels.</li><li>Performing Failure Mode and Effect Analyses at the component level, identifying critical items for machine availability and proposing improvements for maintenance optimization and/or design modification.</li><li>Leading Trip reduction projects for specific Customer Service Agreement (CSA) customers or fleet.</li><li>Analyzing the reliability behavior of accessories to enhance the product line.</li><li>Managing engineering project by coordinating, as a technical leader, activities of a cross functional team</li><li>Leading or sustaining Root Cause Analyses on equipment through field experience analysis at site or fleet level.</li><li>Developing Reliability Block Diagram models based on Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&amp;ID’s), software analyses, and process/control information.</li><li>Defining validation plans and measuring the effectiveness of applied corrective actions.</li><li>Focusing on maintenance optimization of auxiliary systems, determining frequency, tasks, and criticalities to extend the fleet Mean Time Between Maintenance intervals.</li><li>Interfacing with CSA and NPI project managers to define Scope of Work and schedule for new requests.</li><li>This role demands a proactive approach and effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive excellence in project execution and reliability enhancement.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Fuel your passion</b></p><p><b>To be successful in this role you will need to:</b></p><ul><li>Be able to manage engineering project by coordinating, as a technical leader, activities of a cross functional team.</li><li>Be able to analyze process and diagnostic alarm, sequence of event, trip logs time series generated at engine’s trip and specific site application software to identify sources of unit’s un-reliability.</li><li>Be able to manage work that is less defined in scope, understanding and executing business objectives.</li><li>Be able to identify areas of Growth and to contribute to the strategy of the Services Businesses in the area of auxiliary systems.</li><li>Show commitment to a guide mindset of Integrity, Quality and HSE.</li><li>Have proven Engineering degree or related engineering experience (Minimum of 3 years gas turbine design or services/ related technical support experience)</li><li>Be fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken</li><li>Be able to understand both Process &amp; Instrumentation Diagrams and layout drawi
