Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Varo is an entirely new kind of bank. All digital, mission-driven, FDIC insured and designed for the way our customers live their lives. A bank for all of us.
We're looking for a skilled, technical recruiter who can come in for 3-5 months and help us with an engineering hiring surge.

What you'll be doing

• Source, interview, and close some key engineering roles
• All the stuff that goes along with recruiting with results and relationships being key

You bring the following required skills and experience

• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Lever and other relevant software tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A passion for building relationships and helping people find the right job
