Construction Finance & Administration Manager

Job Description

Construction Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial deliverables for 75+ projects annually, including budget oversight and analysis, forecasting & reporting, cost management & ensuring compliance with corporate accounting & financial requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project financial functions, including contract administration, budget tracking and amendment requests, invoicing, cash flow management and cost controls.  
• Generate internal and external financial reporting, including spend variance and final budget reconciliations, and provide detailed analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial and operational processes to align with industry best practices and corporate requirements and oversee financial onboarding of new vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate with purchasing, project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to align financial strategies with project goals.
• Manage and develop direct report(s).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or a related field. CPA preferred.
• Minimum of three year’s managerial experience in construction, planning or store development fields with at least one direct report.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with SAP and COUPA (or similar accounting and procurement platforms)

Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $136,000.00
