Part-Time Community Liaison – Collegiate Recovery Program
Hours: Approximately 19.5 per week

Bucks County Community College is seeking a motivated Community Liaison to assist with establishing the Collegiate Recovery Program at Bucks County Community College.

This is a grant-funded, part-time position, expected to continue through June 30, 2026, reporting to the Director of Counseling and Career Services.

Essential Duties

As the Community Liaison, you will:

  • Assist with establishment of Collegiate Recovery Program at Bucks County Community College.

  • Establish connections with local Recovery Programs.

  • Research current recovery services in Bucks County, determine gaps that Bucks can assist with filling from the community perspective.

  • Work with variety campus departments and partners to determine student recovery needs on campus.

  • Assist with identifying potential partners for the program.

  • Assist with establishing rapport and building relationships with identified community partnerships.

  • Plan activities to strength connections with community partners, Bucks students, and college community.

  • Recruit students to actively engage in brainstorming, planning and implementation of  recovery program activities on the Bucks Campus.

  • Establish recovery program task force to develop a solid plan for the implementation of a recovery program at Bucks.

  • Provide training for staff, students, and community partners.

  • Complete and provide final report.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Addiction and Recovery

  • Basic Computer Knowledge

  • Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and community partners.

Hourly Rate: $25
