Job Description and Responsibilities:

Bank of America's Digital Payments' team is seeking an analyst to lead controls and metrics for Digital Payment Product(s).

• Lead Metric execution for Digital Payments Product(s), including monthly metric tracking and reporting

• Develop and maintain detailed metric / control procedures

• Assess existing and potential new metrics in partnership with Product, Risk, Operations, and other partners

Required Responsibilities:

• Ability to efficiently calculate, track, and analyze key operational indicators on a regular basis

• Ability to identify anomalies in data, research, and resolve with key partners

• Ability to deliver upon competing priorities with concurrent deadlines

Minimum Educational Requirements: BA degree or equivalent work experience

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$26.28 - $48.03 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Predictable pay

This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
