Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Onboarding and Compliance Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new partners, teams, and agents, while also managing regulatory compliance within the telecommunications industry. You will negotiate contracts and ensure that all aspects of contracts are being met. You will work with legal team to create proactive audit plans and processes for handling/resolving non-compliances. You will also manage vendor/agent offboarding. In this position, you will play a critical part in establishing and maintaining compliance standards and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

  • Vendor Vetting and Selection: Accept and identify new partner opportunities and evaluate for program alignment
  • Contract Negotiation and Vendor Onboarding: Develop and optimize processes for the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Agent Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding of new agents ensuring compliance with company policies, training programs, and legal requirements
  • Compliance Management: Monitor regulatory requirements and industry standards related to telecommunications services, ensuring adherence across the organization
  • Audit and Review: Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to onboarding processes and compliance activities
  • Training and Education: Provide input on agent training content and delivery. Ensure training programs on sales and compliance policies and procedures are current and delivered
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in onboarding and compliance management

As a Regional Sales Onboarding and Compliance Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure timely and efficient onboarding processes that contribute to enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Mitigate compliance risks and maintain a strong reputation for regulatory compliance within the telecommunications industry.
  • Support strategic initiatives and business growth by facilitating successful partnerships and vendor relationships
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability
  • Enhance operational efficiency through streamlined onboarding processes and automated compliance management systems

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in onboarding management, compliance, or related fields, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the telecommunications industry.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of compliance standards, policies, and procedures, and their practical application in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of making informed decisions based on data and regulatory guidance
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and can effectively lead a team to achieve departmental goals
