The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team of Marketing Specialists and overseeing the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies across multiple client areas within the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare system. This role requires expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, with a focus on leveraging analytics to optimize multi-channel campaigns. The Marketing Manager will provide direct oversight, mentorship, and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful implementation of strategic marketing plans. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing to support Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare objectives, including brand management and system-level marketing campaigns, while monitoring and reporting on campaign performance to key stakeholders. This role ensures that ongoing marketing efforts align with the healthcare system's strategic goals to drive impactful, results-oriented outcomes. What you will do

  • Manages and mentors a team of Marketing Specialists, overseeing day-to-day marketing operations across multiple facilities and client areas within the healthcare system.
  • Plans, prioritizes, and delegates tasks to ensure the successful execution of projects. As needed, will provide direct support for assigned services areas.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with key stakeholders and acts as a content expert and strategic influencer, guiding organizational efforts to drive marketing success.
  • Works directly with Marketing Specialists to develop detailed project plans with clearly defined objectives, requirements and goals.
  • Provides coaching and support to team members to help build and facilitate high-performing teams that effectively complete marketing projects.
  • Acts as the primary knowledge source for marketing strategies and industry trends, ensuring the team is well-informed and aligned with current best practices.
  • Monitors and manages marketing budgets for various campaigns and initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Tracks spending, provides budget updates, and ensures marketing projects stay within financial constraints while delivering optimal results.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree Communications
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration/Management
  • Bachelor's Degree Advertising

Experience Qualifications

  • 7-9 years Business, marketing, communications, nonprofit management, development or related field
  • 3-5 years Management
  • 3-5 years Management in healthcare environment

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to encourage professional growth and achieve a department’s annual goals.
