(Senior) FP&A Manager (all genders)

<h3>Your role</h3> <span>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced <strong>(Senior)</strong> <strong>Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) </strong>Specialist to join our 10-member Finance team, reporting directly to the FP&amp;A lead. You will work closely with various teams, providing financial insights and support to facilitate informed decision-making. This position is essential to our strategic planning and financial decision-making processes, ensuring the financial well-being of Sunday Natural and supporting the growth of our business.<br/><br/></span><ul><li>You will handle financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly management accounts and delivering reports to various stakeholders</li><li>You will present findings and recommendations to management, analyze financial data to uncover improvement opportunities, and develop a comprehensive global P&amp;L</li><li>You will create budgets and forecasts, working closely with various departments to collect and consolidate financial information, and monitor/report financial performance against these budgets and forecasts</li><li>You will contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies, perform financial modeling, and provide insights and recommendations to our CFO and executive team</li><li>You will extract financial data from multiple databases, ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis, and develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPI reports</li><li>You will monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock, conducting regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and integrity</li><li>You will oversee the calculation and analysis of COGS for all product lines, and analyze and report on variances between standard and actual costs</li></ul> <h3>Your profile</h3> <ul><li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - MBA or CPA preferred!</li><li>Min. of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry</li><li>Solid understanding of the key finance KPIs and financial statements </li><li>Proficient in financial modeling and analysis with basic knowledge of SQL / Python for data extraction and manipulation and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google sheets and experience with ERP &amp; software (e.g., Odoo, Tableau, Jira Boards)</li><li>Motivated and goal-oriented team player with a passion for working in an international environment</li><li>Independent, proactive and structured way of working with an open and service-oriented personality</li><li>At least B1 level German, experience with inventory and working capital is a plus</li></ul> <h3>What we offer</h3> <ul><li>An appealing discount on all of our products – from essential oils to vitamins &amp; nutrients</li><li>We offer 28 days of paid time off per year plus up to 5 days off between Christmas and New Year</li><li>The Urban Sports Club membership and either Swapfiets bike rental or a subsidy for the BVG ticket</li><li>A healthy balance is important to us: we offer a hybrid work model and 'workation'</li><li>Receive various discounts of up to more than 50 percent on attractive brands such as Flaconi, Bosch, Apple or Expedia</li><li>You will be given real ownership and plenty of room for new initiatives, as well as the opportunity to contribute your expertise and implement your great ideas</li><li>Inviting office spaces with access to plenty of organic teas and superfoods from around the world</li><li>We like to celebrate each other!
