About the role

What you will do as a Marketing Administrative Coordinator

Systems, Processes, and Reporting

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project management, digital asset management, and other systems
  • Provide data entry, training, reporting, and ensuring that repetitive processes are effectively handled
  • Tracking the creation and final execution of marketing materials
  • Supply feedback and initiate innovations to systems as needs and processes change

Initiatives and Projects

  • Coordinate assigned projects and initiatives ensuring planning and buy-in with effective execution and communication to all parties
  • Cross-train on other focus areas to provide support and backup as needed
  • Assist with pop-up requests and projects

Administrative Duties

  • Assist with traffic control for marketing requests and priorities
  • Maintenance and upkeep of marketing areas
  • Provide direct support to the Marketing Manager for requests and projects

What you need to be successful

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic knowledge of design software systems 
  • Self-directed, with strong problem-solving skills/approach to projects
  • Experience prioritizing and completing multiple projects
  • Able to work independently and as part of a Team
  • Strong oral, written, and phone communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with various internal and external contacts comfortably  
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
