Summer Intern - Supply Chain

The Summer Intern will assist in various areas and will include the following:

• Review and analyze data.
• Prepare presentations on the results from the data analysis.
• Follow up and track shipments with the logistics and warehouse teams.
• Support the development of On-time and In-full (OTIF).
• Review open Purchase Orders (POs), analyze the data, and present results.
• Other duties as required by Supervisor.

 

Learning Objectives and Goals for the Intern to Achieve

• Understand the supply chain process for pharmaceutical products.
• Develop an understanding for the ERP system, SAP, and how to use it for demand and supply planning.
• Enhance Excel, PowerBI, and Power Point skills with analysis and reporting.

 

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience

• High School diploma and 2-3 years of college experience, preferably in a Supply Chain or Engineering discipline.
• Understanding or exposure to ERP systems, forecasting, data analytics, presentations.
• Strong capability in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Must be a College Student pursing a degree, who is scheduled to return to College in the Fall of 2025.
