As the Senior Program Analyst based at the Washington Navy Yard, you will provide support to the SEA 05S Group Director, Technical Warrant Holders, and Engineering staff in their operations, schedules, engagements and their day-to-day plans. 

 

Serco supports the SEA 05 Systems Engineering Group, and indirectly other SEA 05 Groups, Ship Design Managers, Technical Authorities, and SEA 05-related Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) as well as other NAVSEA Program Offices.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Assist the Group Director in maintaining the group executive schedules, engagements, and day to day plans.
  • Provide program support for Technical Warrant Holders development of technical scopes and Warrant Holder Authority Pyramids.  Develop and document engineering processing, letters, distribute and maintain TWH certification letters. 
  • Respond to queries and maintain databases, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and track any actions.
  • Assist in investigative technical review teams, set boundaries of inquiry and maintain investigative records database.
  • Coordinate and execute Flag level and Industry SME briefings and conferences including the development of meeting logistics, meeting announcements, meeting agendas, briefing materials and develop meeting minutes.
  • Assist with building and maintaining NAVSEA 05S Enterprise SharePoint sites and web pages
  • Build and maintain SEA05S Event pages and notices
  • Assist with the coordination and facilitation of the SEA05 Information Sessions
  • Maintain digital archive of all SEA 05S technical and program correspondence.
  • Manage and assist with onboarding SEA 05S employees.
  • Interface with the SEA 05 Front Office for meeting coordination.
  • Format, serialize, and route outgoing correspondence; track, manage, and file incoming correspondence.
  • Manage classified materials, confidential, and sensitive information in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Coordinate and execute other special projects as well as perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

 

  • An Active or Current Interim Secret clearance
  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree
    • Additional relevant/similar experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • 7 years of relevant/similar experience 
  • Experience working with Engineers
  • Familiar with FlankSpeed and Sharepoint
  • Ability to perform a wide range of executive, managerial, and administrative support responsibilities and duties.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work within a time sensitive environment.
  • Well-developed team communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in preparing, selecting, organizing, and presenting information concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills to meet needs of the program office.
  • Ability to work 4 days a week on-site at the Washington Navy Yard office.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

In compliance with the District of Columbia’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $86,539.03 to $140,624.86; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
