About the role:

We are looking for a Braze end user expert to help collaborate with the Marketing team and drive revenue across a variety of marketing channels. Your substantial expertise, with over 3 years in Braze and lifecycle marketing, is crucial for enhancing and optimizing email, push, and SMS communications, significantly contributing to the alignment of intricate campaigns and journeys with essential business goals for Oxygen. You will act with a customer-centric approach, helping to curate customer feedback insights and map the behaviors needed to deepen product usage, increase retention, and strengthen the end user experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Using your Braze lifecycle management expertise you will support the team to plan, build and manage high performing messaging campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app), including audience selection, trigger qualification, segmentation, setup, send out and campaign analysis;

  • Collaborate directly with teams to gather campaign requirements, identify opportunities for optimization and deliver campaigns and journeys to meet provided business requirements.

  • Design simple and complex multi-channel journeys in Iterable, including Experiments and conditional splits, using data in API event payloads and user profile attributes.

  • Ensure all campaign business requirements are documented and translated into technical requirements. You will carefully monitor individual campaign performance, adjusting and adapting as needed and collecting insights to optimize future campaign activity;

  • Using your segmentation tactics knowledge, you will support the team to develop target groups and communication concepts for marketing automation;

  • QA campaign builds/journeys to ensure development output meets campaign requirements.

  • Code and QA emails within existing email templates, leveraging Braze canvas and liquidlogic to ensure campaigns are future-proof and can be personalized.

  • Together with relevant stakeholders you will compile, consolidate and systematically maintain customer data.

  • Collaborate with technical resources to QA API event segments, outbound webhooks, and provide guidance as necessary.

  • Post launch validation of campaign send counts and performance.

  • Provide insights and subject matter expertise.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or campaign execution. Applicants without direct experience creating and deploying email or SMS will not be considered.

  • Direct experience building journeys with a modern marketing automation platform, preferably Braze.

  • Direct experience coding HTML/CSS for email, including using Litmus or EoA to test and troubleshoot cross-platform compatibility for mobile, dark mode, etc.

  • Ability to set-up A/B tests and advanced segments to provide spec and troubleshooting.

  • Working knowledge of API events and webhooks.

  • Working knowledge of lifecycle marketing best practices.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage several simultaneous projects, and proactively deliver key projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training.
