Material Coordinator

Position Responsibilities

Receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment, and products within establishment by performing the following duties. This position requires the candidate to be eligible for a commercial driver license within one year of hire. The work hours are from 7am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday.

Position Requirements

• Maintain shelf life and lot controls for Boulder Stockroom, keeping accurate inventory levels and performing periodic physical counts.
• Dispense / Sampling GMP raw materials and components for use manufacturing using SOP's, solution prep documentation and batch records.
• Count and safeguard all material entering the warehouse and prepare necessary documentation and enter all receipts to the computerized inventory system.
• Immediately identify and report all inbound damaged goods with a copy of the bill of lading or other documentation to the applicable buyer.
• Responsible for completing paperwork for each task, cleaning procedures, aseptic processing techniques, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory safety practices and procedures.
• Safely load/ unload operate company truck for transport of materials to and from company facilities. Driving fleet vehicles to and from company facilities.
• Strictly adherence to safety and compliance requirements as related to personal protection requirements and safeguard against injury to him/herself and all adjacent personnel.
• Interface with other plant personnel in a courteous manner.

Salary: $21.64-$30.15 hr.
Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
