Job Description

• Maintains a strong working knowledge of the clinical trial process, all applicable regulations, and Medable’s technology and solutions
• Manages all technical aspects of RFx responses
• Participates in discovery sessions with customers to understand their current state, goals, and the problems they are trying to solve
• Reviews clinical trial protocols to understand the trial, its requirements, and workflows
• Partners with Business Development es team to understand customer requirements and plan, prepare, and execute powerful presentations that demonstrate Medable’s value proposition
• Prepares for and deliver Medable solution demonstrations that give prospects a clear picture of their future state and how the Medable solution will help achieve their goals
• Helps transition all applicable information discovered in the sales process to the customer success team
• Communicates client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
• Participates in trade show presentations
• Maintains standard & custom demonstration environments
• Keeps CRM up to date with all relevant information
• Keeps up to date on all Learning assignments from LMS
• Documents and help maintain training material for future Solution Consultants
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, clinical trial, healthcare software, or eCOA sales and/or technical product configuration or a combination of education and experience
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivation, demonstrating an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
• Technical background and experience with configuring software solutions
• Ability to listen actively and think logically, strategically, and tactically to solve complex problems
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
• Ability to use and understand the terminology in the digital clinical trial market
• Experience of working with customers, ideally in a pre or post- sales support role
• Experience in eCOA, clinical trial, or healthcare software industry
• Experience of working on life science or healthcare applications, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting
• Familiarity with biomedical information resources (e.g. ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed)
• Exposure to formal sales methodologies
• Experience in a cloud-based computing environment

Minimum Level of Education:

• Bachelor ́s degree degree in life science, biomedical or a related field

Preferred Degree / Certification:

• Master’s degree in life science, biomedical or a related field
