Job Title: Senior Customer Care & Master Data Administrator

 

Job purpose

 

The Senior Customer Care & Master Data Administrator is responsible for the daily activities involving the Customer Master in SAP as well as performing order activities.  This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction to the business as well as to maintain the integrity of customer information in SAP.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

Senior Customer Care Administrator:

• Work with Customer Care group and assist with accurate and timely processing of all customer purchase orders (with order entry error rate of less than 1%.
• Timely answering of phones and responding to email inquiries.
• Reporting of key product back orders to product management and senior management.
• Management of storage, tracking and updating of approved discounts for specific customer accounts.
• Participation in audits to provide relevant documentation and information for a successful audit.
• Back up the OEM business to be able to process orders, contact customers about order/delivery items and work with Fujifilm Wako Japan and our OEM customers to assure smooth delivery and resolve any potential issues as the backup person
• Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards.

Master Data Administrator:

• Enter and maintain Customer Accounts in SAP
  • Verify and link partners as needed, Understand the relationship between partners, Maintain customer group and price group status as needed, Block and release customers as needed.
  • Responsible for all master data clean-up or update projects including testing.
• Create and maintain Condition Records and Listings/Exclusion.
  • Create Customer-material discounts, Enter Material list prices, Create and maintain Specialized or Contract pricing, Run Pricing reports as needed, Maintain customer Listings and Exclusions
• Maintain Customer Tax Status
  • Work closely with HLUS Tax Dept and Finance to Maintain all tax data in the Customer Master record in SAP
• Materials Master / Creation and Maintenance
  • Create all new parts as needed, Maintain parts pricing, Storage/warehouse location assignments.
  • Ensure parts are created under the proper codes and are accessible in the proper locations.
• Idoc Support
  • Point of contact for Idoc failures/Correct/maintain/release failed Idocs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 3-5 years of experience working with customer master or orders
• Strong knowledge of SAP preferred
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office and Google docs
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Lightning preferred
• Experience working in a quality controlled and validated system a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills are a plus.
• Self-directed with high energy and motivation.
• Ability to achieve results and deliver on committed timelines and objectives
• Ability to assist in future SAP upgrade projects and testing
• Proven ability to influence and build effective working relationships with customers, peers, and external providers
