The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy's corporate office is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our accounting team. If you are a detail-oriented, highly-organized individual with previous accounting experience, we would love to meet you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages corporate credit cards for the company
• Completes bank account reconciliations
• Imports weekly revenue from billing and collections software
• Completes various month-end closing items 
• Processes business license renewals 
• Completes and submits annual state registrations 
• Completes and submits personal property tax returns 

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in Accounting for a medium- to large-sized business.
• Accounting degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• The successful candidate must be able to work on a computer and a 10-key calculator for long periods of time, which will require continuous/repetitive/fine manipulation hand motions.
