Job Description

We launched our global company intranet on the Lumapps platform in 2019, and following a few years of growth and transformation, it’s time for a refresh. Our objectives are clear, and now we need the right person to help us reach them. We’re looking for a seasoned technical project manager to join us for a 6- to 9-month contract to lead a project to modernise and improve our intranet. 

The role will involve developing a project plan, overseeing its execution, and establishing governance to carry us forward. The project will require engaging a wide range of stakeholders – from partnering with our enterprise technology team to improve our technical infrastructure and upgrade our platform, to training comms teams on new processes, to getting content owners and subject matter experts to review and refresh their content.

Qualifications

Key experience and qualifications required

• Proven track record of planning and executing a multi-stage technical project with overlapping dependencies
• Experience in building or managing an intranet site or other digital communication platform for a large or complex company
• Previous experience working with the Lumapps platform is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders and building partnerships across functions and markets
• Experience in managing third party vendor relationships
• Experience of working across multiple geographies and cultures
• Top-class written and verbal communication skills in English (with written Spanish and/or French being an added bonus)
• Based or entitled to work in the the EU
