We're Hiring: Human Resources Business Partner – Waukesha, WI
Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM), a leading manufacturer of premium building products and related technologies, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support operations and production at our Metal-Era facility in Waukesha, WI. This role is part of the Carlisle Architectural Metals (CAM) business unit and provides daily HR support to a team of approximately 150 employees across three shifts.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the on-site HR point of contact, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.

Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage recruiting, job postings, and temporary staffing.

Coordinate open enrollment, payroll support, hiring, terminations, and leaves of absence.

Lead and support employee relations initiatives and foster a culture of open communication.

Administer worker’s compensation and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Support training activities including onboarding, safety, and compliance programs.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate across departments to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.
What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Strong working knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FMLA, OSHA, etc.).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a multi-shift operation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn specialized HR software.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule:
-
Based at our Waukesha, WI facility (on-site).

Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional flexibility to support all shifts.

Occasional travel may be required with advance notice.

Office-based with occasional exposure to the production floor.
