Bachoco USA is seeking a Sr. Manager of Budget and Business Analytics for our Central Offices in Fort Smith, AR.

 

Summary: In charge of managing the Budget process of the Company and Financial reporting for top executive team and BOD.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• BUDGET COORDINATION
  • Team assumptions coordination
  • SG&A Budget file prep and follow up
  • BOD Presentations
  • Actual vs Budget analytics
• FINANCIAL REPORTING
  • BOD reporting
  • Working Capital analytics
  • Efficiencies (weekly/monthly/annual)
  • SGA analytics
• PRODUCT COSTING
  • Customer / Product Profitability
• CAPITAL
  • Payback Calculations
  • Project Results Tracking

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly could supervise up to 3 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

 

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

 

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software Power Point, and Word Processing software.
