Summary of Job Duties:
Th Project Manager III will be primarily responsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring, evaluation, and procurement and of new equipment. Duties will also include interaction with manufacturing/repair vendors and eventual surplusing of various semiconductor fab equipment (if needed). The position will make sure that the equipment functions in a fashion consistent with the various fabrication processes. The position will assist with the integration of those processes into the various MUSiC Fab equipment at the University of Arkansas and must work across multiple process modules including but not limited to, photolithography, thin film deposition, oxidation, activation, testing, wet process, epitaxial growth, and ion implantation. Initially, processing will be done in the temporary MUSiC fab, and these processes will be transferred to the tools in the permanent MUSiC fab. This position will support the research intended to develop low volume R&D prototyping for purposes of advancing the state of the art as well as being compatible with the needs of industrial advancement in the field.
