As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Government Programs team, you will be responsible for managing 2-3 cost reports, including preparation and review of MAC adjustments. You will assist leadership by researching reimbursement scenarios, calculating impacts, and supporting settlement entries through the completion of Models 3-4 times annually. Additionally, you will handle Medicaid DSH Eligibility and HSL surveys, contributing to compliance and reimbursement strategies. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review 2-3 hospital cost reports, including MAC adjustments.
- Assist in analyzing reimbursement needs for leadership by researching topics and modeling various scenarios.
- Complete Models 3-4 times annually to support settlement calculations and entries.
- Complete Medicaid DSH Eligibility and HSL surveys accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance and optimize reimbursement processes.
- Provide analysis and insights to support strategic financial decisions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience, especially with complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel; experience with relational databases or financial/operational modeling is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team.
