This role will help define the goal state experiences for firms, financial professionals, and members across the pre-sale, new business, and post-issue life stages with an initial focus on New Business.

As the Annuity Experience Owner, you will be responsible for…

-Creating and maintaining a holistic plan for the Annuity New Business and/or Post-issue experience, including a prioritized backlog -Leading the strategic planning process to inform future investments -Leading or contributing to the discovery phase of select initiatives in preparation for project execution (including the definition of outcomes, key deliverables, UX concepts, etc.)​ -Serving as the Product Manager for one or more Journey Experience Teams (JETs) and/or the Business Sponsor for traditional project teams.-Working across multiple portfolios & project teams to guide the outcomes, features, and deliverables to achieve the greater experience vision and goal state -Providing clear direction to Shared & Digital teams relative to the Annuity New Business and/or Post-issue experience -Creating and maintaining a Performance Measurement Scorecard that tracks benefits realization associated with the Annuity New Business and/or Post-issue experience

The Annuity Experience Owner should possess a combination of the following…

-Customer-centric design and/or user experience​ -Annuity Product, Distribution, and/or Operational expertise​ -Project planning and execution​ experience-Digital solutions or related experienceThis role will be required to work a hybrid in-office schedule out of our Columbus location (three days per week).This is an H4 band role.
