This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment and enjoy driving change and harmonization in collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams. </p><h2></h2><h2><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b> </h2><ul><li><p><span>Conduct or assist in internal compliance investigations and regulatory proceedings as part of a global internal Compliance investigation team. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Regional focus: Europe, Latin America, South America.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support and further development of the compliance case management process (methods, guidelines, processes and tools).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assumption of responsibility for investigations at the corporate level and corresponding follow-up measures until the conclusion of a case.</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Support/implementation</span> of the investigation planning process.</span></p></li><li><p><span>E-Discovery and forensic data collection and analysis support. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Review and monitor the status of cases, next steps and remedial actions within the internal case management system and ensure high quality documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Observation of case patterns and other cases and preparation of corresponding presentations and analyses. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify risks and develop areas for improvement within the case management process and conduct benchmarking analyses with the goal of establishing standards for best practices. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep abreast of legal developments and trends, and initiate and conduct knowledge-sharing activities in the area of investigative methods, processes and legal requirements, such as whistleblower protection, restrictions on the preparation of reports, and on the conduct of investigations. </span> </p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Your Profile</b> </h2><ul><li><p>University degree in Law or business adminstration / management</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of internal compliance investigations either inhouse, at law-firms or forensic advisors. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong investigative analytical mindset, with the ability to flexibly adapt to new situations</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficient in MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word) </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Fluent in English and Spanish; <b>other languages are a plus</b> </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Self-driven, collaborative, and goal-oriented with a hands-on mentality </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Willingness to travel internationally as needed </p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Why join us?</b> </h2><p>At Fresenius Kabi, you will find a global team that values <b>innovation, collaboration, and empowerment</b>.
