About the role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Plays a vital role in facilitating agreements for Commercial Banking RMs and Treasury Solutions Sales Officers and critical to pricing and client deal negotiations.
  • Manage product development process required to bring new products to market. Assist in driving product development and enhancements and maintain product road map. Monitor customers/prospects for awareness of needs and perspectives.
  • Review competitor offerings and speak with vendors to keep abreast of industry trends.
  • Develop business case to support new product recommendations. Submit required documentation to obtain internal approval to move forward with product development/enhancement initiatives.
  • Manage the project plan, development process, and testing phase of the product in conjunction with PMO. Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable for relevant SLAs.
  • Conduct training sessions for new products and review sessions for existing products as needed. Assist in tracking and reporting product performance throughout the lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
  • Assist with analysis that drives product pricing.
  • Draft and execute internal product communication and training.
  • Identify and resolve processing issues, enhancements and serve as subject matter expert related to tailoring product offering to complex, specific client needs.
Qualifications Required Skills:
  • Experience with online banking, mobile banking, cash management products and services with proven ability to work well with banking operations and information technology teams.
  • Working knowledge of banking regulations and compliance and the product implications.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Apply original thinking in approach to job responsibilities and to improve processes, methods, systems, or services.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong written communication skills to put together business plans, business cases, and marketing communications on new product/product improvements.
  • Makes decisions authoritatively and wisely, after adequately contemplating various available courses of action.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancement and new products.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury/Cash Management product management.
Preferred Experience:
  • CTP designation
