Pay Range: $73,806-$81,756
Job Summary:
The Presales Coordinator will work with customers, account executives, CSR’s and the COI operation to quote new business in both the extrusion and fabrication areas of the plant.
Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong mathematical background including Algebra and Geometry.
- Advanced blueprint reading skills.
- Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering or Computer Aided Design preferred.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft applications.
- Must be proficient in Auto Cad and be able to create drawings.
- Assist in Fabrication related projects.
- Must be technically and detail oriented.
- Understanding of Aluminum Association tolerancing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bi-lingual speaking preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to new customer inquiries for quote and requests in a timely manner for both OEM and Distributors.
- Process quotes with target of 24-hour turnaround time.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Communicate with customers via e-mail, phone, in house or on-site visits.
- Maintain up to date customer files.
- Responsible for processing approval prints, die drawings, and fabrication prints.
- Arranging pre-sale review meeting with plant personnel on new profiles as needed.
