IT Manager Intern

As an IT manager, you are a key business partner to deliver IT support for the organization (400 FTEs as of writing, of which 100 are in the USA). You focus on delivering IT support for a best in class employee experience. You work closely the relationship with 3rd party delivery partners and outsourced IT service providers 
You report to the Head of people operations & internal IT. You will also work closely with the IT security team, HR business partners and the office manager.

Within 1 month you will:

• Lead investigations for issue on several critical company IT services => Identity provider (Google Workspace), Password manager (1password)
• Become the point of contact in the organization for IT hardware issue in France, US, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia => Computer deliveries & returns, hardware issues

Within 3 months you will:

• Monitor our EDR / XDR (CrowdStrike) usage, investigate security threats and incidents and respond accordingly with the IT security team
• Oversee the usage of our MDM (workspace one) and design and deliver the roll out strategy for the future
• Monitor the VPN usage and provide employee support

Within 6 months you will:

• Have acquired a strong mastery about the admin role for key IT tools in an international context => Identity provider, password manager, MDM, VPN
• Become a skilled support agent able to handle a wide range of cases in 6 different countries

The Skills Set:

• You are studying in an engineering school (or equivalent training) with a major in IT, Information Systems or similar
• Ideally, you have a first experience in an IT team, IT support, IT project, IT management
• Ideally, you already used tools: Google Workspace, 1 password, Workspace one
• You have excellent analytical and written communication skills
• You have project management experience with an ability to prioritize tasks.
• You have working proficiency in English (level B2 or equivalent)
