Founded in Tampa, Florida, i9 Sports® is the nation’s largest youth sports league franchise, with over 1 million registrations across 500+ communities. We focus on fun, safety, and good sportsmanship, offering leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 3–17 in flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Mentor: Empower volunteer coaches to deliver fun, skill-building practices and games.
  
  
• Connect with Families: Build relationships with parents, players, and coaches to create a welcoming game-day environment.
  
  
• Ensure a Great Experience: Oversee practices and games, uphold safety standards, and model outstanding sportsmanship.
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
  
• Youth sports knowledge or coaching experience (preferred)
  
  
• Confidence to manage game-day operations and resolve issues quickly
  
  
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
  
  
• Availability on weekends and occasional evenings for a 7-week season
