Are you an analytical genius with a passion for finance, investment funds and real estate? Do you want to play a crucial role in understanding and analysing our real estate portfolio? Then we are looking for you!

As a Junior Consolidation & Real Estate Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation, review, and analysis of our stabilized real estate assets in Continental Europe. You will dive deep into the financial data and help us understand the performance of our assets. You will also assist in the preparation and reporting of our funds' consolidated accounts.

Based in Luxembourg, you will be working within the Continental Europe Financial Analytics & Reporting team, and in close collaboration with the Property Analyst and the Consolidation Analyst.

 

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

• Stabilised Portfolio Analysis
  • Support the preparation, review, and analysis of our real estate portfolio in Continental Europe.
  • Analyse property-related income and assess the performance of assets. This includes actuals versus budget/forecast review.
  • Track book values and identify trends and opportunities.
• Fund Consolidation & Financial Reporting
  • Actively participate in the consolidation and financial reporting of our managed funds.
  • Responsibility for specific financial items.
  • Contribute to consolidated fund reporting.
  • Provide support during audits.
  • Specific investor reporting and ad-hoc management reporting.
• Continuous improvements
  • Drive process improvements and enhance alignment among stakeholders, optimizing financial processes and workflows.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance overall efficiency.

 

Do you recognize yourself?

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, finance, real estate).
• You have a strong interest in the business understanding behind the numbers.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to reduce a complex matter to its essence
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools.
• Advanced in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong willingness to learn from/being part of a team of finance professionals
