- Lead ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with partners driving the agenda, ensuring all established goals, objectives and deliverables are executed by both parties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring forward business cases that secure internal and external investment in growth opportunities and operational efficiencies with partners
- Align roadmaps and workflows internally and externally to execute against these commitments to achieve business goals
- Work closely with RevOps, Data Analytics and Finance teams to derive insights from business trends, leveraging them to drive impact; help develop tools and processes to scale opportunities with partners
- Uphold standards on culture, accountability, and impact with a keen ability to collaborate, communicate and unblock partner needs
- Some travel to meet partners at their offices, at off-sites, and industry conferences and events
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of conceptualizing, architecting, orchestrating, negotiating, managing and leading innovative revenue based outcomes in an externally-facing partner management, business development, or equivalent role
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias to action
- High EQ collaborator who builds relationships across multiple organizations and operates with a service-based mindset
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and independently on a variety of business issues
- Strong data driven storyteller, comfortable using analysis to inform action
