We are looking for a Technical Program Manager – Software Features to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
This role provides the opportunity to work on a new, innovative project with a small, agile team and strong leadership support. The ideal candidate will have experience in feature program management for software products, requirements analysis, and documentation, with additional experience in agile or sprints, IoT, and Azure DevOps This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success by defining and driving the roadmap of our products and features.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery.
- Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
- Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented.
- Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required.
- Translate customer live interviews and meetings into Epics, Features, and Tasks in Azure DevOps, including coherent organization and structuring of deliverables
- Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience with feature program management for software products.
- 3-5 years of experience with requirements analysis and documentation.
- 3-5 years of agile or sprints experience.
- 3-5 years of Azure DevOps, managing Epics, tracking progress, organizing deliverables.
- 3+ years of Program Management experience preferred.
Salary Range:
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $115, 000 to $120,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
