Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSEThe Electrical & Computer Engineering department is seeking an undergraduate student research assistant to assist with the design and testing of large-scale photonic integrated circuits.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Module-level testing in photonic integrated circuits (PICs)
- Device/circuit design n photonic integrated circuits (PICs)
- Die-level testing in photonic integrated circuits (PICs)
- Wafer-level testing n photonic integrated circuits (PICs)
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree, REQUIRED.
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Familiar with photonic integrated circuits (PICs)
- And in PIC testing, modeling, and design REQUIRED.
