The Screen-out Element for this position is: The ability to perform the full range of tasks, under limited supervision, as demonstrated by experience including planning, constructing and repairing custom and standardized shipping and storage containers of various shapes and sizes; documenting shipping and storage of materials; packing materials, including HAZMAT, and equipment using appropriate wrapping, padding, and cushioning materials; performing the blocking and bracing of materials; making and placing supports to prevent shifting during transit or storage; securing items for transport; using hand tools and handheld power tools; measure cuts of lumber for nonstandard, skidded, trussed, or sheathed containers; operate a forklift capable of lifting loads weighing less than 25,000 pounds.
