About the role
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Flexible anytimeScope:
- Work remotely, adhering to agreed-upon schedule (20-40 hours per week)
- Contribute to the initial database population phase of the project
- Adapt to evolving project needs and potential expansion of responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary recipe information and company data
Responsibilities:
- Manually input scraped recipes into a structured format using Air-table
- Organize and categorize recipe information from various sources including TikTok, pictures, cookbooks, and emails
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry across all recipes
- Assist in developing and refining the database structure as needed
- Collaborate with the team to improve data entry processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Air table or similar database tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of recipe structures and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with Google Drive and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
