These 1:1 private duty cases allow you to deliver focused, developmentally appropriate care to children who benefit from attentive, individualized nursing in the comfort of their homes.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Individualized pediatric care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child

• Monitor clinical status — Assess, document, and respond to changes in condition

• Family‑centered support — Collaborate with families to promote comfort and stability

• Home safety — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use

⭐ Pay Rate

RN: $45/hr

⭐ Available Shifts

• Day shifts

• Evening shifts

• Overnight shifts

⭐ What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN License

• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or facility)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
