Position Title: IT Intern

Pay: $22/hr. (flexible depending on experience)

Location: Remote

Position Summary:

• As a remote intern you would be a team member of the Master Data Management group.
• Contributions to projects that overlap with MDM processes or MDG system expected.
• This internship is expected to last 6 months but is subject to change.

General Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of request intake and overall metrics.
• User of SAP ECC and SAP MDG.
• Processing of vendor and customer master requests.
• Participating in projects that are relevant to MDM or that require user experience with SAP MDG.
• Collaborating with other departments for problem-solving and exchange of knowledge.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and engaged remote working style.
• Customer service or IT technician experience ideal.

Education:

• Graduation Degree preferred but not required.

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional travel may be required
