Responsibilities:
1. Event Strategy and Execution:

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partner events program, covering industry trade-shows, regional events, internal gatherings, and partner-led initiatives.

• Drive the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and priorities.

• Oversee end-to-end logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling.

2. Speaking Engagement Programs:

• Build and lead speaking engagement programs, contributing to thought leadership and industry presence.

• Conduct thorough research and proposal processes for open calls, ensuring our participation in relevant forums and conferences.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event goals, target audience, and messaging requirements.

• Drive alignment among cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and executive teams, to ensure seamless event execution.

4. Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of events and marketing campaigns.

• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future events based on data-driven analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: +5 years of proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing, partnerships and community events.

• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, aligning events with overall business goals to deliver strong ROI.

• Detail-oriented: Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to drive stakeholder alignment and foster collaboration.

• Fast-paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
