The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a core product area, driving discovery, strategy, and execution end-to-end together with a cross-functional product team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on deep problem discovery, loves working with engineers and customers, and is passionate about cybersecurity and OT.
You will be joining an expanding team, currently consisting of four dedicated colleagues, and you will work closely with our R6D team and most importantly with our clients/customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a product area and lead it across the full lifecycle from discovery and strategy to delivery and launch
• Partner closely with the engineering team, product design and architects to validate problems and ship scalable solutions
• Leverage customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights to shape product direction and define clear, actionable requirements for your product team
• Champion a customer-centric, outcome-driven approach with measurable impact
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligned with the overall company product goals
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market, pricing, and enablement

What We’re Looking For:

• A product leader with a track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS products, ideally in cybersecurity, OT/IT, or IIoT
• 5+ years in B2B software product management, preferably in a fast-growing or scale-up environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional agile software teams and align stakeholders around vision and product outcomes
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIS2, or CRA) and experience with HW products and appliances is a strong plus
• Curious, evidence-guided and a confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
