Sustainability and Climate Change Services | Associate & Senior Associate

The professional to be hired will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing assurance projects in the areas of Climate Change and Environment, with the opportunity to work with companies from various sectors in verifying their performance reporting, including CSRD.
 
The hired professional will be involved in developing projects in the following areas, among others:

• Supporting and conducting assurance projects on non-financial information, including CSRD, EU taxonomy, and GRI;
• Assisting clients in elevating their sustainability reporting to the appropriate level, through double materiality assessments, compliance with ESRS, and effective improvement suggestions for their processes, risk structures, and controls;
• Conducting benchmarking analyses in areas related to ESRS reporting;
• Acting as a sustainability expert and supporting extended audit teams on complex technical issues;
• Developing and managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
• Using clear and structured communication to influence and connect with others.
  

To apply for this position, you should have:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Management/Sustainability or similar fields, with additional training in ESG-related areas being valued;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar projects or financial audit;
• Knowledge in sustainability matters;
• Strong analytical and adaptability skills;
• Critical thinking and the ability to think strategically, as well as to identify, develop, and implement practical solutions;
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities;
• Experience in client interaction (is valued);
• Willingness to learn and quickly understand new concepts;
• Positive mindset and problem-solving focus;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
