Order Processor & Sales Support Specialist

Penn Waste Inc, in Manchester PA is looking for an Order Processing & Sales Support Specialist,
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry, providing comprehensive support to the sales team, and generating essential reports that support informed decision-making.
This role is also accountable for delivering exceptional customer service to internal departments and customers.
This is a 100% in-office position, requiring strong collaboration, attention to detail, and consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing
- Accurately process and enter customer orders in the system in a timely manner.
- Verify pricing, service details, and customer information prior to entry.
- Enter work orders and coordinate with operations, billing, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively address discrepancies or delays.
- Data Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Analyze trends, identify gaps or opportunities, and provide data-driven insights.
Maintain accurate databases and ensure reporting integrity.
- Sales Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements as needed
- Assist with customer follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate onboarding of new accounts and ensure smooth transitions.
- Customer Service
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide service, and account information as needed.
Maintain positive relationships with internal team and customers through proactive communication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, or sales support (industry experience a plus).
- Strong computer skills, including CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
