What will you do:

The Strategy and Execution Procurement Excellence Senior Manager is responsible for performance management, stakeholder engagement, leadership of functional alignment and excellence, shaping and roll-out of regional and functional strategy, business planning, and change management.

This role will focus on driving robust Business Planning, Portfolio and Performance Management frameworks while partnering closely with the Strategic Value Management and Digital team. The role will oversee consistent deployment of standards, frameworks, processes, best practices, tools, competence building and coaching within the respective category teams. In addition, the role will also carry critical cross-functional interface responsibilities with other functions (e.g., Finance, Strategy, etc.). The role will be focusing on EMEA region (Direct and Indirect) as well leading the regional orchestration of Indirect procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and lead KPI (Key Performance Indicator (KPI)) Improvement programs and drive alignment, planning and tracking across all stakeholders involved.
• Manage all key internal, cross-functional, and external forums of the Global LT (Leadership team (LT))
  • Lead the EMEA Regional Global yearly Business Planning process and Strategic Portfolio
  • Shape the development of Long-term Vision for the region. Align category strategies with the company strategy and goals
• Shape and implement a framework for Short & Mid-term Strategy addressing emerging business needs within the annual Integrated Business Planning cycle. Focus on stakeholder engagement enablement and alignment
• Leverage and maximize fit for purpose procurement process solutions, including the utilization of world class digital solutions, use of business process outsourcing, and deployment of internal resources
• Engage with executive leadership in key supplier relationships. Design and Implement the Global Category Family Strategic Portfolio. Select & deploy processes & tools to support Portfolio Execution.
• In collaboration with Strategic Value Management and the PMO (Project Management Office (PMO)) Council, develop and deploy a Strategic Portfolio Performance Mgmt. framework and process; focus on standardization and stratification of dashboards, scorecards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator (KPI)).
