Electrical Components International (ECI) is seeking an experienced and results‑driven General Manager to serve as the senior leader at the Britech facility. This is a critical leadership role with full P&L responsibility, offering the opportunity to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and strategic execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The General Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of the business while partnering closely with ECI leadership to deliver best‑in‑class performance for our customers.

The Role:
The General Manager serves as the senior leader of Britech, with full P&L ownership and responsibility for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and overall business performance.
This role leads cross-functional operations across manufacturing, sales, finance, product development, quality, materials/logistics, and human resources, while shaping strategy, building high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment with ECI policies, customer expectations, and safety and quality standards.
The General Manager reports directly to the President of Industrial Tech.
This role is located on-site in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and direct all operational activities across manufacturing, sales, finance, product development, quality, materials/logistics, and human resources to ensure alignment with company goals
Develop and implement business plans and strategic initiatives to achieve short-term and long-term profitability and growth, while monitoring external factors and business conditions that may impact the company's direction
Participate in regular reporting meetings (weekly, monthly, and annual) and analyze company performance, including costs, operations, and forecasts, to assess progress toward goals and inform strategic decisions
Review and approve financial analysis for budget planning, production efficiency, and capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Build and manage a high-performing operations management team to drive day-to-day productivity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, while fostering strong employee relations
Oversee manufacturing efforts and policies, ensuring adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles, safety standards, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, and maintain an organizational commitment to a safe workplace

Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent
7+ years of experience with minimum 5 years of senior management experience
Preferred background in a quick turnaround manufacturing / assembly environment
Previous experience with wire harnesses, cable assemblies and wired control panels highly beneficial
P&L experience and the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions using logical reasoning and analyzing various statistical reports
Proven leadership of building a successful and effective department or operation
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques, Performance and Quality Management and Strategic Planning
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Ensure a customer-focus approach in all areas of quality, service, and delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective team
