The Maintenance Data Entry Clerk provides administrative support to the Maintenance Department by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining maintenance records and operational data. This 
position supports daily maintenance activities by ensuring data integrity, preparing reports, and 
assisting with documentation and recordkeeping. The role does not perform maintenance planning or scheduling functions but supports those activities through accurate data management.

Job Duties:
•  Enter and maintain maintenance data in TRAX and other company systems.
•  Review maintenance documentation for completeness and accuracy.
•  Update aircraft maintenance records and work packages.
•  Process completed maintenance paperwork and supporting documentation.
•  Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested.
•  Maintain electronic and paper maintenance files.
•  Assist with tracking labor hours, work orders, and maintenance status.
•  Verify data accuracy before submission.
•  Support Production Control and Maintenance with administrative tasks.
•  Maintain confidentiality of maintenance records.
•  Communicate with maintenance personnel regarding missing or incomplete documentation.
•  Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
•  High School Diploma required
•  Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
•  Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•  Ability to type accurately and work with large volumes of data.
•  Aviation experience preferred but not required.
•  Experience with TRAX or similar maintenance software is a plus.
