We’re looking for a hard-working Sr. Technical Program Manager who is eager to embrace the journey of building that next generation of gaming with us, one piece at a time.

As a Sr. TPM, you will serve as the nexus between our Product, QA, and Software Development teams. Successful candidates will have the technical expertise to engage software developers, the business savvy to communicate with leadership, and the soft skills to influence others.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and maintain critical processes to ensure a continuous, consistent, and streamlined workflow.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to help establish the product roadmaps with clear goals and milestones.

  • Identify potential bottlenecks and roadblocks required for delivering on the roadmap and follow-up to prevent workflow disruptions.

  • Work with partners to define performance indicators and develop the process and tools to track them.

  • Assemble internal and external feedback, identify areas for improvement and implement the appropriate responses.

  • Coordinate release management between technical teams during product updates and new feature launches.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+yrs experience as a TPM or Project Lead

  • Strong communication, and cross-group collaboration skills.

  • Experience project planning and aligning multi-functional teams onto a shared schedule.

  • Experience working with at least 2 product teams or product lines concurrently

  • Ability to engage others who are at varying levels

  • Effective at working with geographically remote and culturally diverse teams

  • Technical proficiency and background

  • Experience with crafting product roadmaps

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies

  • Experience with Project/Program management tools

  • Education/experience in computer science, software engineering, and/or related technical field

Bonus

  • Prior role as a software developer, tester, or technical product manager

  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

This role is located in scenic San Francisco. When you're not building the best gaming experience possible, you'll have access to great food, wine country, hiking, and all of Silicon Valley.

We have a very flexible work-from-home policy as well: live close enough to the office for occasional in-person meetings and events, otherwise, work in the office as much or as little as you like!

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
