Job Description

We are looking for a talented student to join our Regional Supply Chain team. The intern will be responsible for aggregating and continuously improving capacity planning within the enterprise. This intern will:

• Own aggregating capacity planning data inputs and projections for internal MFG sites.
• Harmonize performance metrics across work centers and MFG plants.
• Manage a significant initiative and prioritize deliverables according to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to IT, Finance, Operations, and Product Development to support the needs of the business segment.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop new approaches to meet business goals using analytics and effectively communicating your analytics approach.

 

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple groups within the organization.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and break them down to analyze possible solutions.
• Ability to advocate for an analytics approach to business problems where the use of data may be scarce.
• Organized approach to project work and engagement with the business
• Proficient in PowerBI (preferred)
• Proficient in Excel

 

 

 

Required Experience

• • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Focus on analytics, creative problem solving.
