The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, followed by two days off, two days on, and three days off. Team members will work every other weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. </p> <p><strong>job purpose</strong>:</p> <p>Responsible for the filling of containers of all products supplied by the processing department. Will be expected to maintain integrity and sterilization of the filling, capping and all other associated equipment. Will complete all required documents and ensure all legal parameters are complied with. Will perform product testing and evaluation protocols. Will make the necessary equipment adjustments to maintain integrity. They clean the machines/lines within food processing requirements, trouble shoot, perform minor repairs and clear any jams that may occur.</p> <p><strong>responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Follow all safety, working, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules.</li> <li>Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.</li> <li>Weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications.</li> <li>Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.</li> <li>Supply filling equipment with materials such as caps, sanitizing chemical and bottles.</li> <li>Proactively monitor the production line, filler, and capper, watching for problems such as pile-ups or jams.</li> <li>Count and record finished and rejected packaged items.</li> <li>Escalate issues in line with escalation procedure.</li> <li&
