SAP UX Architect - Automotive Enterprise Applications

We’re hiring a UX Architect to lead the design and road-mapping of a major ERP transformation for an automotive product development team. You’ll partner directly with a Technical Program Manager and the Business Applications team to architect user experiences tailored to executive workflows and core back-office functions.
This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in both design thinking and technical execution, particularly with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Design UX for ERP workflows, interfaces, and dashboards tailored to users
• Translate business requirements into wireframes and front-end workflows for SAP-integrated systems
• Partner with engineering and business apps teams to support ERP migration and interface development
• Review and iterate on designs based on user feedback and evolving project goals
• Implement components or collaborate on coding tasks as needed, especially within SAP-related environments
• Maintain design consistency and usability across tools while adapting to backend constraints

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• 4+ years experience in UX or product design for complex systems
• Experience with automotive or transportation systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in UX design tools and methodologies
• Experience designing across multiple platforms and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes and building user interface mockups/prototypes
• Wireframing and Prototyping tools: Axure, Invision, JustinMind, Balsamiq
• Project Collaboration and Task Management tools: Google Docs, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid
• ERP tools: SAP Ariba, Anaplan, SAP S/4Hana

Pay range for California: $58-65.00/hr.
