Job Description
** Base Salary: Up to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications with an opportunity for an annual bonus **
Position Summary
The Physical Therapy Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of activities in the Physical Therapy department as well as providing direct patient care. This position reports to the Director of Physical Therapy.
Requirements:
3-5 years physical therapy experience, preferably in a managerial position in outpatient care setting
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations and department standards
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while providing outstanding patient care
May be necessary to work flexible shifts based on department needs
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy School- Doctorate preferred
Proof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of employment
BLS Certification
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
Supervise, train and mentor all staff
Complete performance reviews
Maintain a safe clinical environment
Communicate with referring physicians as needed
Ensure all staff members are adhering to billing compliance and productivity standards
Ensure Medicare compliance as well as all state and federal regulatory requirements
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and recordkeeping
Oversee Physical Therapy front desk operations
Ensure all staff members are adhering to patient experience standards
Ensure all staff members complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure staff compliance with clinical education requirements
Perform patient evaluation, including all pertinent tests and measures.
Develop a plan of care based on physician's orders and evaluation findings
Instruct patients in home exercise programs, transfer training, positioning, safety issues, etc.
Maintain a professional clinical environment including clinic layout, staff attire and patient communications
Maximize departmental resources, participate in new program development
Perform other diverse duties as directed by the Physical Therapy Director

Pay Range: $93,900.00 - $117,400.00 AnnualThe provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.
