Cleveland Clinic is seeking a strategic, dedicated and experienced leader to serve as RN Manager of Clinical Operations. As a top-rated medical institution, Cleveland Clinic is dedicated to providing outstanding care to the Cleveland community and neighboring regions.

The RN Manager of Clinical Operations has the rewarding opportunity to travel around Cleveland to collaborate and work alongside fellow nurse managers ensuring day to day operations are handled in a professional, efficient and effective manner, acts as liaison/consultant within Cleveland Clinic and with external institutions/clients. You will build rapport and cultivate great relationships with doctors and supporting staff to maintain and uphold standards of excellence in patient care.

A caregiver in this role works a hybrid remote schedule, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

Travel: will travel across NE Ohio (South, West, East)

A caregiver who excels in this role will: 

• Develops and maintains a high-level customer focused effort. Recommends changes to improve quality of care.
• Participates in department and program work with corporate clients.
• Assumes fiscal responsibility for the expenditures.
• Attains and maintains adherence in prescribed regulatory standards.
• Performs system analysis to create new systems and operating procedures or revises established systems to achieve maximum efficiency of the department's patient care delivery

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Extensive management experience in clinical environments and administrative duties may be substituted for educational achievements.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN
• Manage the department beyond the normal operational schedule

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

• Master’s degree 
• A minimum of five years of recent management experience
